The Ocean Pointe office building will be constructed at the corner of Third Street (A1A) and Beach Boulevard – the most prominent site at the Beaches. The building will serve as a landmark anchoring the downtown area as a business district. The building houses three floors of parking for 256 cars and 71,150 s.f. of offices on the two upper floors. An entry element is situated at the corner of the main intersection which serves as the formal pedestrian entrance to the building and an icon to provide identity.
