King and Bear Fitness Center | St. Augustine, Florida

The new King and Bear Fitness Center is located within the prestigious King and Bear subdivision at World Golf Village. This “arts and crafts” style building is designed to compliment the design style of the adjacent community building within the amenities center. Traditional board and batten siding cladthe exterior walls. The building entry is framed with dry stacked natural field stone. Traditional wood shutters and knee braces reinforce the “arts and crafts” style. The roof is clad in a patina green metal with a cupola and ornamental weathervane. The building houses weightlifting equipment, aerobics room and restrooms.
