Business Condos USA is a company that is creating a new series of opportunities for small businesses in the North East Florida market. The firm is creating small business condominiums that make it possible for small businessmen and women to “own” their place of business instead of leasing. This is a more powerful statement than one might first perceive. Ownership of real estate, especially commercial real estate, is the foundation of most wealth in our Nation.
